Quality Control

Strict QC at Every Stage

Our 5-step quality control process ensures every product meets international standards

Incoming Material Inspection

All components (LED chips, drivers, housings) inspected upon arrival. Only qualified materials enter production.

2️⃣

IPQC (In-Process QC)

Inspectors monitor production lines in real-time. First-piece approval, hourly sampling, and process verification.

3️⃣

Aging Test

100% of products undergo 4-8 hours continuous operation test. Check for flicker, overheating, and early failure.

4️⃣

Final Inspection

Appearance, function, packaging, and labeling checked before shipment. AQL 2.5 sampling standard applied.

5️⃣

Outgoing QC

Final random inspection of finished cartons. Verify quantity, packaging integrity, and shipping marks before loading.
